No. Most of our agents start with zero insurance experience. We provide the training, licensing guidance, and mentorship to get you up to speed.

How much does it cost to get started?+

The only upfront cost is your state licensing exam, typically $50–$200 depending on your state. No fees to join the team.

Is this a W-2 or 1099 position?+

Agents operate as independent contractors (1099), which gives you flexibility over your schedule and tax advantages. Davion or Jerome will walk you through everything at the info session.

Can I do this part-time?+

Absolutely. Many agents start part-time while keeping their current job and transition to full-time once they're comfortable with the work.
